All accommodations include private secure entrances, private full baths with complete amenities, hair dryers, bath robes, irons and ironing board, cable TV/VCR/DVD, refrigerator, mini-bar, beverage set up, housekeeping offered, daily coffee/tea service, flashlights, heat, and welcome candies.  Please refer to each individual accommodation for complete details. 

     At Aloha Place - Inn of Volcano we offer everything else the competition does and at an economical savings. Aloha Place - Inn of Volcano is a guest house, no meals of any kind are offered nor are served.  We live on the premises and welcome you to enjoy our "hale" or "home."  

     All accommodations offer FREE unlimited use of high speed internet and FREE bagged ice is available 24/7. Aloha Place - Inn of Volcano has a literary library complete with a  Hawaiiana section and FREE video library with over 200 DVD selections from which to choose from.  The library is equipped with a stereo including a cassette and CD player with a multitude of musical selections from which to choose from.  The Lava Rock Fireplace is available for use 24/7 and is stocked with kindling and firewood on a daily basis for your enjoyment. 

     Our promise is to provide the utmost in privacy and comfort during your stay.   However, while we are not always able to greet you upon your arrival, we are available 24/7 should you require any special needs or assistance.

Check-In- 3:00 p.m.    Guest House at Pali Uli is a  Self-Check-In  facility.  Instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.   Reservations confirmed within 48 hours arrival should contact us via phone for further details or follow the directions on our website at www.alohaplace.com. Upon arrival check-in is self explanatory.

Express Check-Out- 11:00 a.m.    A late check-out of 12pm may be arranged without a fee by notifying the office in advance.

Reservation Policy - All reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to 100% of your stay payable by Visa/Master Card. Should there be a need to change dates on your reservation, we ask that these be done by email using either guesthouse@stayvolcano.com or stay@alohaplace.com  or FAX your changes to (808) 985-9239.  Any changes will incur a $20.00 service fee.  All date changes are subject to availability with accommodation and length of stay valid for the duration of the reservation.  If a guest change in accommodation is necessary, additional charges may apply for an upgrade.  Aloha Place- Inn of Volcano/Guest House at Pali Uli reserves the right to provide guests an equal or superior quality accommodation, without notice for any non-guest changes, unless the reservation is marked specifically for special requests.

Upon receipt of your cancellation you will be provided with a cancellation number, any refunds receipt or charges as applicable, and a cancellation letter. This information will be sent in the format from which we receive your cancellation.  Phone messages will NOT be accepted.   Failure to provide proper notice can possibly incur additional charges. 

No Shoes Policy -  We ask the courtesy from all of our house guests to please remove your shoes before entering our "hale" (home) as it is an island custom and a matter of respect.

Non-Smoking Policy - Guest House at Pali Uli  is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment in all guestrooms and public areas. Smoking in a guestroom will result in a charge of $350 being applied to your account. This fee will be used to restore the original air quality level.  The use of incense and candles is prohibited in all guest accommodations including common areas in compliance with local fire code regulations.

Your consent to all of the above policies is binding upon confirmation of your reservation.
